All donation refund requests must be made in writing or by email to RANCHI ROAD CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION. Your request must reach us within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of donation — whether made online, electronically, or through any other mode.

Once a valid refund request is received, RANCHI ROAD CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION will process the refund within 7–10 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the donation.

Refunds will be processed only after verification of the request and supporting details.
