Improve NGOs accessibility and presence in the field of health, education, livelihood, rural development, agriculture and allied fields for all the BPL mass of ODISHA and INDIA at large by strengthening the dialogue and working with Governmental and Non-Governmental organizations to achieve the national goal set by Government of India.
